Of course! Someone had to create something with a name like that. BEinGRID did: Gridipedia. A particularly helpful entry for anyone who is confused at some point (i.e. all of us) may be the glossary (on this note, I can also highly recommend GAS: Grid Acronym Soup)
Different areas of the grid are listed with requirements, capabilities, design patterns, and components. I note however that to download components you need to register and agree to pass the comments on to "gridipedia consortium" before making it public which seems slightly odd.
