What's new? EGEE on Facebook!

Hi again, dear Grid Computing fans!

Almost five months have passed since the last time, during the EGEE08 Conference, I had the pleasure to blog for you all.

During this time, many things happened. Even, I became Ph.D.... but this not the point I wanted to discuss in this post :-). Guess what? A new step towards Human Grids (you know, I'm always repeating that they are "more important than Computer Grids because there can't be a machine interaction without a previous human interaction") has been made! There's a new Facebook group devoted to the EGEE Project. The main idea is to put together all human beings who participate (or are willing to participate) in this project, in order to share experience, propose ideas, and why not? establish collaborations!

And of course, guess which new event is this group organizing... yes, the 4th EGEE User Forum/Open Grid Forum 25 that will be held at the beautiful Catania in two weeks. This way, attendees will have another channel for contacting (potential) colleagues.

So, what are you waiting for?
Join us now!
