Registration just opened for EGEE'09 Barcelona

Time already to gear up a new set of language skills: preparations are fully rolling for the final Enabling Grids for E-sciencE conference in Barcelona.

Registration has just opened at the conference Web page. EGEE’09 will take place at the hotel Barcelo Sants Barcelona, 21-25 September, 2009.

In addition to practicing our Catalan because no n'hi ha prou amb una llengua (one language is never enough), we’ll be focusing on transitioning to the next phase of European grid computing. The conference will bring together researchers, businesses, collaborating projects, developers and decision makers to work for a sustainable future for European grid computing, through the European Grid Initiative (EGI).

Driven by the needs and requirements of the research community, EGI will enable the next leap forward in research infrastructures, supporting collaborative scientific endeavour across the European Research Area.

Register now for the best hotel options and early bird prices! A call for session proposals is also open, to submit a session proposal, visit here.

Stay tuned for updates!
