Gearing up for the first EGI conference

Even though it's Friday afternoon, EGI headquarters are a hive of activity as we all put the finishing touches on our preparations for the EGI Technical Forum in Amsterdam next week. Ready for Tuesday morning's kick off, the programme is now ready, the brochures are stacked up and the session conveners are primed for the discussions.

For those of you packing your bags to join us next week, here are a few logistical details that might be useful.

Directions to the venue

Registration
Online registration for the event is now CLOSED but registration is still possible at the venue itself.
The registration desk opens at 9am on Tuesday 14 September and will be open every day until 6pm.
When you arrive, please visit the registration desk to collect your conference pack and details of the wi fi.

Hotels

Demos, posters and the exhibition

A number of exhibition booths will also be available throughout the event in the Grote Zaal.

Programme and conference dinner

Please join us for welcome drinks in the Yakult room at 17:30 on Tuesday 14th.
The conference dinner will be at 19:00 on Thursday 16th, also in the Yakult room.
