Crowdsourcing is often used to build up communities with a specific knowledge base. Stuart Dunn, a Lecturer at the Centre for e-Research in the Department of Digital Humanities at Kings College London, introduces a humanities project called 'Digital Exposure of English Place Names'. Stuart also informs us about a new scoping study, which hopes to provide some insights in developing a typology for crowdsourcing.
