Face to Face is Better

Tuesday 23rd September – Today all the regional operations managers got together. We meet by phone every couple of weeks but you can make a lot more progress with a longer face to face meeting. The main issue was reporting on the plans for the rest of EGEE III project. We are already 5 months into a 24 month project, tempus fugit, this is the time when we start to realise that we might have been ambitious. I feel a re-scoping coming on. Good to meet old friends again though.
