Last year, 60 students from 20 countries participated in the first HPC summer school in Acireale, Italy. We hope to continue to offer this summer school every year, in alternating EU and US locations. In this photo are a small group of us who took a long walk on the first evening there in search of gelato. You can see the venue in the background--the Santa Tecla Palace.
