Applications Workshop

The last sessions of Wednesday asks trainees (and trainers) to assume a different role. The so-called Applications Workshop is based on groups of participants from different scientific fields, facing common problems. Several groups were formed, focusing among others on Bioinformatics, Computational Physics, Lattice QCD, Computational Engineering, etc. Groups were assigned to different meeting rooms and participants exchanged experiences, ideas and concerns on the needs of their community, their scientific work, and other topics of common interest.
