Costa Rica also Signs the Mexico Declaration

At TICAL 2012 (Conference of Directors of Information Technology and Communication of Latin American Universities), in Lima, Peru, Costa Rica was presented with the declaration for the sustainability of the e-Infrastructure and did not hesitate to join in and signed it.
